NATURFEUER AG is an innovative and up-and-coming company in the field of decentralised energy generation systems. Our most important product is a micro combined heat and power unit (CHP) for use in single-family homes, commercial enterprises or public buildings, which is based on a patented Stirling engine.

We manufacture almost all components for our various Stirling engine designs ourselves in our workshop. Various processing machines are used for this. With our CNC machining centre, for example, we carry out complex and very precise machining on our workpieces. The finished workpieces are then checked for dimensional accuracy and surface quality and assembled.

We are looking for a motivated trainee (m/f/d) to join our team from 2026. We offer:

Unser wichtigstes Produkt ist ein Mikro-Blockheizkraftwerk (BHKW) für Familien in Einfamilienhäusern auf Basis eines patentierten Stirlingmotors.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie unterstützen unsere CNC-Fachkraft bei den anfallenden Arbeiten.

Ihr Profil:

  • Kenntnisse in Metallbearbeitung wären wünschenswert, aber nicht Bedingung
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Auch geeignet für Quereinsteiger und Personen ohne Ausbildung

Training as a cutting machine operator

Specialization in milling machine systems

During the 3 ½-year apprenticeship, we will teach you all the knowledge and skills you need to manufacture a wide range of components for our engines. You will learn how to set up, programme and operate our machines. You will monitor the machining processes and carry out quality control of the finished workpieces. Faults on the processing machines are analysed and rectified. In addition to practical training in our company, you will attend vocational school and inter-company training courses.

Start of training:

1 September 2026

Requirements:

You will fit in with us if you finish school in the summer with an intermediate school-leaving certificate, university entrance qualification or A-levels and have good grades in maths and computer science. You should also have an interest in science and technology. Care and dexterity play a major role when setting up cutting machines or turning, milling and grinding metals. You should have these qualities. You are also welcome to complete a work placement with us beforehand.
